Acroxcreation provides digital services only (website design and development, branding, UI/UX design, SEO and digital marketing). No physical goods are sold or shipped, so the clauses below apply to our digital deliverables.
Return & Exchange Policy
- We offer refund / exchange within the first 7 days from the date of your purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return, exchange or refund of any kind.
- In order to become eligible for a return or an exchange: (i) the purchased service should not yet have been delivered or used (for example, work has not started, or the deliverables have not been published or put into use); (ii) the deliverables must be in the same form as you received them; (iii) services purchased at a discounted or sale price may not be eligible for a return / exchange.
- Only such deliverables are replaced (reworked) by us on an exchange request if they are found defective or not as per the agreed scope.
- If you need to place a return / exchange request for an eligible service, you need to send us an email at info@acroxcreation.com with your order or invoice number.
- You agree that there may be a certain category of services that are exempted from returns or refunds, such as custom work already delivered, domain registrations and third-party licences. Such categories are identified to you at the time of purchase.
- For accepted return / exchange requests, once we have received and reviewed your request, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. If it is approved after our quality check, your request (return / exchange) will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy, and approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
