Secure Payments
Payment gateway integration your customers recognise and trust at checkout.
E-commerce website design for Australian businesses — product catalogue, secure payments, inventory and a checkout designed to reduce abandonment, built as one complete online store. From $4,999 AUD.
E-commerce website design is mostly checkout design. Shoppers leave when postage is a surprise at the last step, when the checkout demands an account before it will show a total, or when the payment screen feels unsafe. Those are design decisions, not bad luck.
We build stores where the checkout is short, shipping is honest up front, and payment is handled by a gateway your customers already trust — then hand you an admin that makes stock and orders easy to manage.

Stock levels, order management and email notifications handled in one admin.
Shipping rules and costs shown early, so postage isn't a checkout surprise.
Run promotions without needing a developer every time.
Mobile shoppers need checkout flows that are easy to understand and complete, so store layouts and checkout steps are tested carefully on smaller screens.
Track what sells and where shoppers drop off, from launch.
A store is not a brochure site with a buy button. Most of the work is in the parts customers only notice when they go wrong.
Before anything is built we map how your products vary — size, colour, weight, pack quantity — because that structure decides how the store behaves for the rest of its life. A shirt in four sizes and three colours is one product with variations, not twelve products, and getting it wrong means stock counts that never reconcile. Categories and filters are planned at the same time.
A product page has one job: remove the last reason not to buy. That means the details people actually ask about — dimensions, materials, what is in the box, postage cost and timing, what happens if it is wrong — plus images sized for phones.
The checkout is deliberately short, with guest checkout available and shipping shown before the final step. We integrate your payment gateway and test the whole flow end to end — successful payments, declined cards, the confirmation email, the order record. You bring the merchant account; the technical connection is ours.
Flat rate, free over a threshold, by weight, by state, local pickup — whatever you do at the post office becomes rules, so the number the customer sees is the number you pay. Stock decrements on sale and orders arrive in one place with a clear status. The package covers up to 20 initial product uploads done by us; you can add as many more as you like yourself, and bulk imports or a catalogue migration are quoted per project.
Process
Four stages from catalogue to checkout to an admin you can run yourself — with the payment flow proven before a single customer sees it.
Step 01
We map your products, categories and variations and agree the platform — WooCommerce or a custom PHP store — that suits the way you sell. The E-Commerce package covers up to 20 initial product uploads; larger catalogues and extra uploads are quoted per project.
Step 02
Product pages, cart and a deliberately short checkout are built mobile-first, with shipping rules surfaced early so postage is never a surprise at the last step.
Step 03
We integrate your payment gateway and test the whole order flow end to end — checkout, confirmation emails and order records — before the store goes live.
Step 04
You get a walkthrough of the admin: adding products, updating stock, running discounts and processing orders, with analytics connected from day one.

Product data is the long pole in every store build, and the one part nobody else can write for you.
What sits inside the $4,999 AUD starting price is listed in full on our website package pricing page.
A store is more to run than a website. If you would not use half of it, we would rather say so now.
An online store makes sense when you are selling physical products at some volume, when stock needs to stay accurate, and when you want orders to arrive as records rather than emails you transcribe by hand. It makes even more sense when you are already selling and the admin has become the bottleneck.
Where we would steer you elsewhere:
The ordinary operational problems that push a business to rebuild its store.
Nearly always the last three screens: postage that only appears at the end, a forced account sign-up, a payment step that looks nothing like the rest of the site, or a form asking for a company name from someone buying a candle.
Stock in a spreadsheet beside a store that does not know about it, and confirmations as email threads with no status and no history. Inventory and orders in the same admin means the count moves when the sale happens, every order has a state, and you can run a discount without booking a developer.
The build handles the technical side — product schema, clean URLs, unique titles, fast mobile pages, an XML sitemap. Ranking for competitive product terms is earned over time, and nobody can honestly guarantee a position. Pursuing it deliberately belongs with ongoing SEO services rather than the store build.
Sizing, postage times, returns. Answering them on the product page removes most of it; an AI chatbot handling pre-sale questions can take the rest at 11pm. Recent builds are in our project work.
