Edit Without Fear
Content areas are structured so changing text or images never breaks the layout.
WordPress builds for Australian businesses — lean setups, fast load times, and an admin you can actually use. From $2,199 AUD.
They're built on a stack of page builders and plugins that each add their own CSS and JavaScript. The result loads slowly, breaks on updates, and is miserable to edit.
We build WordPress the boring way: a clean theme, only the plugins you genuinely need, and content structured so you can update it without fear of breaking the layout.
Start a ProjectContent areas are structured so changing text or images never breaks the layout.
Only the tools the project needs, configured with performance and maintainability in mind.
Child themes and minimal plugins, so WordPress core updates don't take the site down.
Clean markup, schema, fast templates and sensible URLs from day one.
Built for phones first, because that's where most of your traffic already is.
A walkthrough of your admin so you're not dependent on us for text changes.
The list above is the summary. Here is what each of those lines means once we are in the code.
A page builder ships with your site forever: every page carries its stylesheets and scripts whether it needs them or not, and the layout lives in database records rather than templates. We build the theme itself, so the browser downloads only what the design uses.
Every plugin is code someone else maintains running inside your site, and each one can conflict on an update or quietly lose support. We keep the list short — security, forms, caching, SEO — and build the rest into the theme, which leaves a much shorter list of suspects when something does break.
Editable regions are defined per template, so you fill in labelled fields rather than dragging boxes around a canvas. Changing a heading or swapping an image cannot collapse the layout, and someone who has never touched WordPress can update a page after a short walkthrough.
Clean URLs, a unique title and meta description per page, a sensible heading hierarchy, schema markup, an XML sitemap, compressed images, SSL and caching. On a rebuild we also map the old URLs to the new ones, so links and bookmarks people already have keep working.
Process
A clear four-stage build, so you always know what we need from you, what is being built, and exactly what you'll be able to edit yourself once it's live.
Step 01
We agree the page list and what each page has to do — up to 7 pages on the Business build, plus a full CMS on the CMS build — so the theme is shaped around your content instead of a template.
Step 02
We build a clean custom theme with only the plugins you genuinely need, rather than stacking a page builder's CSS and JavaScript onto every page.
Step 03
Your text and images go into structured content areas, with clean markup, schema and sensible URLs, so editing a page later never breaks the layout.
Step 04
We walk you through the admin dashboard so you can update text, images and posts yourself, and use a child theme so WordPress core updates don't take the site down.

Builds stall waiting on content more often than for any other reason.
Inclusions, revision counts and add-ons for every tier are set out on our website package pricing page.
WordPress is the right answer often, not always. Cheaper for everyone if we say so before the quote.
WordPress earns its keep when content changes. If you publish — news, case studies, new service pages — or if more than one person needs to update the site without going through a developer, a CMS build pays for itself in small edits alone. Examples are in our recent project work.
Where we would point you somewhere else:
The ordinary, unglamorous reasons businesses replace a WordPress site.
Usually a builder plus a decade of plugins, each adding stylesheets and scripts to every page, alongside uncompressed images straight off a camera. Rebuilding the theme removes the cause instead of layering another optimisation plugin over it.
A price, a phone number, a staff photo — none of that should need a developer. The CMS build makes those edits yours, with a walkthrough of the admin at handover.
A build gives you the technical foundation — speed, crawlable structure, clean markup, schema, en-AU targeting. Visibility on top of that is earned over time through content and relevance, and nobody can honestly guarantee a position on Google. If you want it pursued deliberately, that is our ongoing SEO service, not the build.
A contact form is passive; it waits. If most enquiries land outside business hours, an AI chatbot for lead capture can answer the obvious questions and take details while you are asleep.
Tell us what your business does and what you need. We'll come back with a clear scope and a fixed AUD quote.
