These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of acroxcreation.com (the "Site") and all services offered by Acroxcreation ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing the Site or purchasing any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
By using this Site or engaging our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement, and accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.
Acroxcreation provides web design, development, branding, UI/UX design, digital advertising, content marketing, SEO, and related creative services. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms for each engagement are detailed in a separate proposal or written agreement provided prior to commencement.
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, disrupt its operation, transmit malicious code, or use it for fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to terminate access for any violation of these conditions.
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and code — is owned by Acroxcreation or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission.
Full ownership of project deliverables (final files, source code, designs) transfers to the client upon receipt of complete payment. Until then, all work remains the intellectual property of Acroxcreation. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and case studies unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
All payments on acroxcreation.com are processed securely by a PCI DSS compliant payment provider. Which one depends on where you are paying from: customers in India are routed to Razorpay and charged in Indian rupees, so local cards, netbanking and UPI work without cross-border fees. Customers everywhere else are routed to PayPal and charged in Australian dollars. Card details are entered on the provider's own systems and are never received or stored by Acroxcreation.
Prices are displayed in US dollars. Outside India you are invoiced in Australian dollars and PayPal converts to your own currency at its prevailing rate; any conversion fee is set by PayPal rather than by us. In India the rupee amount is calculated at checkout from a live exchange rate and shown to you before you confirm. By initiating a payment you agree, in addition to these Terms, to the terms of the provider handling it — PayPal's User Agreement and Privacy Statement, or Razorpay's Terms of Use.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Payments already made are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, except as set out in that policy or as required by applicable law. Refunds, where approved, are processed back to your original payment method through whichever provider took the payment. Refunds are issued in the currency you were invoiced in; where the provider converted from your own currency at the time of payment, the amount returned can differ slightly because the exchange rate has moved.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Acroxcreation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Site or our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We may use or integrate third-party services including but not limited to PayPal and Razorpay (payments), Google Analytics (analytics), Cloudflare (security), hosting providers, and plugins. We are not responsible for any failure, downtime, data breach, or policy changes caused by such third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt resolution by contacting us at acroxcreation@gmail.com. If unresolved within 15 business days, the matter may be referred to arbitration or the appropriate courts as specified below. For payment-related disputes you may additionally raise a case with the provider that handled the payment — through PayPal's Resolution Centre if you paid by PayPal, or with your bank or card issuer if you paid through Razorpay in India.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ludhiana, Punjab, India.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site or our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
