Acroxcreation provides web design, development, branding, marketing, and related creative services. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms for each engagement will be detailed in a separate proposal or agreement.

Ownership of project deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and case studies.
Payment terms (deposits, milestones, final payment) are defined per project. Payments already made are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, except where required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acroxcreation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or our services.
We may use or integrate third-party services (e.g., hosting providers, plugins, analytics tools). We are not responsible for any failure or downtime caused by such third parties.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ludhiana, Punjab.
