What Happens Next
No auto-responder loop and no sales sequence. Your message goes to the people who would actually build the project.
Step 01
We read your enquiry
Usually within a few hours during business hours, and always within one business day. If anything is unclear, we come back with questions rather than guesses.
Step 02
You get a quote, not an estimate
A written quote covering the pages, features and revision rounds we have agreed, a fixed figure, with the invoice currency stated on it before you commit to anything.
Step 03
We agree scope and start
Once the quote is accepted we confirm the sitemap and page count, then design begins. You deal with the founder from that first call through to launch.
What to Include in Your Enquiry
We can quote from a single line, but the more of the list below you can give us up front, the closer that first number will be to the final one, and the fewer emails it takes to get there.
If you are not sure about any of it, send what you have. Working out the scope is part of the job, not something you have to finish before you contact us.
What your business does, and who buys from you
A sentence or two is plenty. It tells us what the site has to convince people of.
How many pages, or how many products
Page count is what separates our packages, and product count is what shapes an online store.
The features you actually need
Enquiry forms, bookings, online payments, a chatbot, a blog, or a CMS you can edit yourself.
What you already have
Domain, hosting, logo, photos and written content, and which of those you would like us to handle instead.
Your deadline and your budget range
Both in the open, both in writing. It saves a round trip and keeps the first quote close to the final one.
Pick Whichever Suits You
All three reach the same small team, and every message gets a reply within one business day.
The enquiry form
Best when you have detail to share, pages, features, deadlines or a link to a site you like. It lands in the same inbox as email and keeps everything in one thread.

- Within one business day, and usually within a few hours during the Indian business day. Working from India gives a full overlap with the Australian afternoon, a solid morning overlap with the UK and Europe, and an early-morning window with the US east coast, we hold call slots for that last one rather than pretending the clock is not a factor.
- Yes. The studio is based in Ludhiana, India and works entirely remotely, so the work has never depended on being in the same city as you. Most of what we have shipped so far is for clients in Australia and India, and we take on projects in the US, UK, Canada, New Zealand, the UAE and Singapore. Prices are shown and invoiced in AUD, and PayPal settles in your own currency.
- Yes. The prices on our pricing page are starting prices, because the final figure depends on pages, features, integrations, content and customisation. Once those are agreed, your quote is a fixed number and that is what you are invoiced, no drift between the quote and the bill.
- No. Quotes are free and there is no obligation to go ahead. You can also ask us to price two options, a smaller scope and a fuller one, so you can see what the difference actually buys.
