- Acroxcreation sells digital services only, so orders are not shipped through courier companies or speed post. All orders are delivered digitally.
- Orders are delivered within 5 to 30 days from the date of the order and/or payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, depending on the service purchased.
- Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by pending content, feedback or approvals from the buyer.
- Delivery of all orders will be made to the email address (and, for websites, the domain / hosting account) provided by the buyer at the time of purchase.
- Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of purchase.
- No shipping cost is levied by the Platform Owner, as no physical goods are shipped.

Acroxcreation provides digital services only (website design and development, branding, UI/UX design, SEO, digital marketing and related creative work). We do not sell or ship any physical products, so no physical shipping, courier or postal delivery is involved and no shipping charges apply.
1. How services are delivered
- Design files, documents and reports are delivered by email to the address you provide, or through a shared online link (for example Google Drive or Figma).
- Websites are delivered by publishing them on your domain and hosting, or by handing over the source files and access credentials.
- Ongoing services (SEO, marketing, maintenance) are delivered as monthly work and reports sent by email.
2. Delivery timelines
Work starts after your payment is confirmed and we have received the content and access needed to begin. Typical timelines are:
- Logo and brand design: 5 to 10 business days
- Landing page or small website: 7 to 15 business days
- Business, CMS or e-commerce website: 3 to 6 weeks
- SEO and marketing packages: work begins within 3 business days and runs monthly
The exact timeline for your project is confirmed in your quote or invoice. Delays caused by pending client content, feedback or approvals extend the timeline accordingly.
3. Confirmation of delivery
You will receive an email when each deliverable is ready. A project is treated as delivered when the final files or live website have been shared with you, or when you approve the work in writing.
4. Delivery issues
If you have not received a deliverable within the agreed timeline, or cannot access a shared link, contact us and we will resend it within 1 business day.
